Update

This week has by far been kinda hectic, complete with meetings after meetings, amidst preparations of event proposals, project presentations and event executions!

Flighty dreams of a childhood?

not quite.

Amidst the whole running in and out of office, trotting up and down the flight of steps (I better slim down!), the team set aside Wednesday’s evening for a farewell dinner. Joan, my ‘en ren’ cum new friend was leaving the company, along with a handful of our wonderful interns (in fact, three – 2 interns and 1 part-timer) are ALL leaving us.

They were all affable - friendly & helpful to the newbies (i.e ME) and funny to the max, having discussed SUPERRRRR ODD topics (e.g someone’s perpetual urge to shit, choking the toilet not once but twice, breaking the toilet seat cover, etc.) over lunch AND dinner, and even the location of the clit and g-spot. Ahem. Yes you heard it right, there was this particular session of sex education for the very naive innocent ignorant girlie. Ahem.

Reservation for 13 pax was made at Trattoria Lafiandra @ Singapore Art Museum, an Italian restaurant with pretty good ambience! It was the first full-strength outing for the entire team, complete with the two bosses, respective partners and my fellow beautiful ladies! Pity I did not get to know them earlier. They are such a FUN bunch!!!

Dinner was great, and as cliche as it is, I got to mingle around and know them better!

Hungry!!! – Main course for me was Gnocchi with tomato sauce and the like; dessert was Tiramisu, Warm Apple Tart with Vanilla Ice-cream as well as this other Espresso kinda dessert. WOOTS. Faabbuulllouussss!

With a very abrupt and low note – I’m hitting the sack after updating my ipod. Good night world!

Slumber Party (of sorts)

ARHHHHHHH.

(Pardon me, am doing some stretching for my poor joints.)

I’m going cross-eyed, and very much hunchback-ed (I haven’t so much moved from the PC except for the occasional toilet breaks). I think I “zek” my back last night when showering, too lil’ movements for the entire day. My neck aches, my back hurts. Ouch.

I am adamant about clinching “this”! At the same time, what if….

Slap that away. I have to, and WILL do well.

Anyway, am taking a lil’ break this evening. Am going to a slumber party of sorts at Min’s later, perhaps take some sneak peaks of their project stuffs, hehe. Lost my knacks at Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint especially, ever since our very historic graduation from TP.

JIA YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOU! Jimmy says to JIA YOU, and he is glad that following our chat so many frigging months ago, I am still motivated about the things I wanna do. To which I told him, zest and drive are all I possess now, and I better do it well!

Gotta go find my hideous PJ’s now, Mr Phua Jiaming is going in his birthday suit! My god! HAHA!!

P.S OB, when are we having our own slumber party too? People who wants to get their own apartments, better do it ASAP! Me want OB slumber party!
